  1. Where can I find instructions for paper composition?
    See Abstract Submission’ section.
  2. How can I get an official letter of invitation for the conference attendance?
    Invitation letter is provided on request to the Conference Secretariat ( This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ). Official letter of invitation can be provided as a soft copy via e-mail posting or a hard copy on official letterhead.
    Participants need to apply with the following information:
    - Full name
    - Paper title
    - Full affiliation and address
  3. What does the conference registration fees includes?
    - Attendance to all sessions
    - Conference souvenir (including programme book and abstracts)
    - Conference proceedings
    - Certificate of presentation
    - One lunch on each day of Conference, and refreshment during tea/coffee breaks
    - The conference registration fees do not include board and lodging, and transportation charges
  4. When can I get the receipt of conference registration fees?
    Receipt for conference registration will be issued at the conference registration desk. Those who register and pay online will receive a computer-generated receipt. Please bring this receipt along when you arrive at the Reception Desk at the venue to pick up your conference kit.
  5. What is the length of Oral Paper Presentation?
    Each Technical Presentation is 15 minutes; in addition, 5 minutes will be reserved for discussions
  6. Is there a Poster Paper Presentation Session?
    Poster Papers are included in the Poster Presentation Sessions
  7. Should I stay at the conference hotel?
    It is not mandatory to stay at the conference hotel, although you will save time if you do. Information on alternative accommodation in Kuching can be found below.
  8. Do you arrange accommodation and traveling services for the conference participants?
    Conference participants need to arrange their own accommodation and travel.
