6. Collection and Returning of Robes

 

6.1 Representative must present the original payment receipt, a copy of the representative identification card and a completed authorization form signed by the graduand represented by him/her.

6.2 All payment must be made at the Student’s Finance Unit.

6.3 Please ensure robes collected are in good condition. Complaints received after the rental form has been signed will not be entertained.

6.4 Please ensure the inventory number on the collected robe is the same as the inventory number on the returned robes. Graduands are advised not to exchange robes, mortar boards or beefeaters with other students.

6.5 Collection and returning dates of robes are as follows;

Returning

Latest by 25th November 2016, 4.30 pm
A late fee penalty of RM10.00 per day will be charged effective 26th November 2016. 
Counters for returning of robes will be operating during weekdays from 8.30am to 4.30pm only

6.6 Graduands must not make any alterations to the graduation robe.

6.7 The following charges will be imposed for cases of lost/damaged robes/mortar boards/beefeaters. Certificates will not be released until payments are made.
