7. Tracer Study (SKPG) and Alumni Registration
7.1 The Graduate Tracer Study System that has been established by the Ministry of Higher Education aims to solicit the views and experiences of graduates on several aspects related to the programmes of study that the graduates have completed, and the facilities and services that they have used while they were in UNIMAS. It was created as a continuous effort to increase the quality of services in our national education system development. This will provide information to UNIMAS regarding how the graduates gain employment and face challenges in the workforce. The valuable feedback from the graduates is important to bring constructive changes to the Ministry of Higher Education and UNIMAS.
7.2 Alumni Registration allows UNIMAS to receive graduates’ updated information. This information will be used to connect UNIMAS alumni for future activities and career opportunities.
7.3 It is COMPULSORY for all graduating students to complete the 2019 Graduate Tracer Study form and Alumni Registration online. Graduands must print out both the tracer study form and the registration slip and submit them to their respective faculties within the designated time frame for robe collection. Failure to do so will result in the graduands not being allowed to collect their robes. Please refer to the schedule of the important dates in Convocation Ceremony 2019 (Appendix) and the Flowchart on Graduate Tracer Study and Alumni Verification Process (Appendix) .
7.5 Graduands represented by other individuals to collect their robes MUST complete both registration forms prior to collection.
